Pulsar were asked to assist this leading Canadian law firm in their dilapidations negotiations.  We attended site to assess the strength of the Landlord’s dilapidations claim. We then identified several key risk items for both the Landlord and the Tenant and recommended and implemented a course of action which involved making an offer to the Landlord for early surrender. This strategy proved successful and resulted in a 64% reduction in the Landlord’s initial claim.
