Pulsar acted on behalf of the owner to project manage the refurbishment of several floors of the large, eight storey office building. The £5 million scheme was completed in three phases. Early phases of the project included the reception area, street front and WCs. The property remained occupied during the works and was restricted with a single lift block and main staircase. Before each phase, Pulsar prepared and negotiated dilapidations settlements to assist the funding of the project. The building was then sold for £70 million to an oversees investor.
