Pulsar were originally involved in preparing and negotiating the dilapidations claim with the outgoing tenant.  Following resolution of the dilapidation claim we were instructed to project manage the internal and external refurbishment of this Grade II former Chapel building, now utilised as offices.

The brief was to modernise and improve the energy efficiency of the building to make it an attractive and modern office space.
