Pulsar were instructed by the Landlord to secure an early financial settlement from the Tenant to fund and complete the necessary works to put the property in a condition suitable for reletting. The property had a NIA of 2,663m². The final settlement included rent and rates to cover the void period, along with a payment of outstanding service charge items. The tender package matched the value of the dilapidation’s settlement. In addition to the dilapidations works, we managed the interior design refurbishment of the reception area.
