Pulsar were instructed to prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations by the Landlord for this 20,000 sq. ft. office building in west end London. The building was re-let with a dilapidations contribution being included as part of the lease negotiations for the new tenant to undertake the reinstatement and repair. We liaised closely with the new tenant’s contractor to reach a mutually acceptable dilapidations settlement with the exiting tenant.
