Pulsar were instructed to provide strategic advice on how to manage the Clients dilapidations liability following service of a schedule of dilapidations from the Landlord.  We provided various options and strategies for managing the lease exit.  The chosen strategy was to undertake the reinstatement and repair works prior to expiry of the lease.  These works were designed and specified by Pulsar and project managed through to completion.
