Pulsar provided technical due diligence advice during the leasehold acquisition of the first floor comprising 3,500 sq. ft. of fitted office space.  The acquisition involved assignment of the existing lease.  Our advice included reporting on the condition of the demised space and the inherited dilapidations liability.
