Pulsar were instructed to act on behalf of the developer to discharge their obligations under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and facilitate the redevelopment alongside the canal in Camden. The development comprises the demolition of existing buildings, underpinning party walls, excavation for three basement levels and reconstruction. We also completed schedules of condition of 36 railway arches. Pulsar subsequently advised on strategy and agreed Party Wall Awards and Access Licences with Adjoining Owners.
