Pulsar undertook a building condition survey of this 13,000 sq. ft. office building which included a converted Georgian Grade II listed former Georgian house and a more modern office extension.  Our involvement included a survey of the site and report on the condition and future maintenance liabilities to advise on strategic property planning.
