Pulsar’s team have been involved with this building for over six years. Originally our team completed the successful refurbishment of the building following a substantial dilapidations recovery (even with the schedule of condition limiting the tenant’s dilapidations liability). Pulsar were then instructed to undertake the complicated separation of the building and services (to create two stand-alone units), including providing a new access roadway from the main road and a new electrical supply.  The separation works were complicated with a tenant in occupation for a part of the project. Finally, Pulsar were asked to project manage the replacement of a subterranean sprinkler ring main, with both tenants in full occupation.
