Pulsar prepared a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations prior to the end of the lease which was served on the tenant. We then specified, tendered and project managed the reinstatement and repair works to facilitate a new tenant acquiring a full repairing lease of the building. Following completion of the works we were able to negotiate settlement of the dilapidations claim with the previous tenant.
