Pulsar provided technical due diligence advice during the leasehold acquisition of this 2.500 sq. ft. terrace office building in central Luton.   Our client was acquiring the full internal and external repairing liabilities of this Listed Building.  Our advice included reporting on the condition of the property and preparing a schedule of condition to limit the clients repairing obligations.
