Pulsar were instructed to act on behalf of the Hall to discharge their obligations under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and facilitate the construction of the southwest basement extension. 

The development included excavation of a double height basement extension near the neighbouring properties.

Pulsar subsequently advised on strategy and agreed Party Wall Awards and Schedule of Condition with Adjoining Owners.
