Pulsar provided technical due diligence advice during the leasehold acquisition of the sixth floor comprising 6,500 sq. ft. of fitted office space.  The acquisition involved a short-term sub-lease.  Our advice included reporting on the condition of the demised space and the inherited dilapidations liability.
