We were instructed to design and procure refurbishment works at this 30,000 sq. ft industrial unit. The unit has previously been occupied for 30 plus years by the same tenant. The works included re-coating and repair of the roof and gutters, re-cladding of all elevations, new electrical installations internally and refurbishment of the internal offices. I specified, tendered and managed the delivery of the works. Traditional procurement. An EPC rating of B was achieved on completion.
