Pulsar sucessfully completed the preperation, negotiation and full recovery of all dilapidations liabilities at this 25,000 sq ft loglistical warehouse, along with the upgrade and refurbishment of the building services in order to achieve an EPC B ratings. Works included installation of LED lighting and photovoltaics to the south roof pitch.
