Pulsar’s team were instructed to prepare and negotiate a dilapidations claim at this 50,000 sq ft logistics warehouse against the previous Tenant whilst administrating the building works during a short void period before a new Tenant gained access. The negotiations were complicated due to a lack of original documentation confirming the as built layout, along with the short void period before occupation. The building was upgraded with photovoltaic panels and other improvements, which increased the EPC to a B rating.
