We were instructed to design and procure refurbishment of two neighbouring units of 30,000 sq. ft & 25,000 sq. ft. The works included re-coating of the main roof, installation of PV panels, part replacement elevation cladding, internal office and warehouse refurbishment including replacement of all lighting with LED. The buildings have achieved a B EPC rating.
